Just a little friendly reminder that Mommy's on the Move will have it's grand opening in just 10 days!!
I have updated the address location and details under the "contact" tab of my website. Please email or call if you have any questions at all!
Also, please feel free to bring your children...no matter what age! We will have games and activities to entertain the kids while we get our sweat on! If your babies or toddlers are happy as can be in their stroller, that's fine also! All exercises can be modified with or without your jogger.
Can't wait to see all you fit mommas out there on Saturday, September 6th at 9:00am!
