What is Mommy's on the Move?
Mommy's
on the Move is an hour long boot camp for mommy's who want to get in
shape and meet new friends! Feel free to bring your baby or toddler to
any of our classes...that's right, no childcare required!
This class is welcome to both women with or without a stroller. The stroller strength training class will include power walking, dynamic stretches, and tabata style strength training circuits. All classes can be modified for beginners or expecting mommy's-to-be! We welcome all fitness levels! Come join Mommy's on the Move and help develop a sense of community with other mommy's aiming to reach the same fitness goals!
*DUE TO FREEZING TEMPS, BOOT CAMP WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS*
